Shielding is also about reversing the signal out of yourself. Sometimes the layers of bio accumulation are busy trying to update themselves or your own body healing shifts and you can feel or sense the disruptions internally. Just like hacking into any system, that turnover or upgrade moment is a weak point.

I practice with music most people perceive as “bad” when I am working on reversing current/signal, holding my own homeostasis AGAINST frequencies I know I need to practice at holding away from me.

I have grown up working with my biofield and body work. I can heal at the molecular level and most healers naturally do.

The ability to perceive molecularly manifests mentally differently depending upon:
your environment (epigenetics)
your metabolism (diet/exercise/sleep)
your biofield (electrical homeostasis of all cell phase and phage states)

With nano satellite running around to change out phase states OR hold phase states for DERPS - changing out dna or whatever they want … those of us who already understand our body part have a massive job ahead of us. People continue to believe in the old medical way of doing things.

Meanwhile, those of us in the engine room as professionals KNOW from doing the work to read out the entire system with its tracking, tracing and responsibility to international ELECTRONIC INTEGRATED DISEASE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM - EIDSS w/ CDC use (bioconductor is another app) infrastructure … you are NOT suing the international community out of the sky and UNTIL you DO it’s the biofield in tandem with your physical action.

That is all we have. I refuse to participate in empty lawfare OR bullshit scenarios physiologically like magically removing all the nano but you’re breathing it in with a nano satellite constellation IN your house moving about with your router on behalf of the smart grid MANDATED by the FCC.

This is why biofield practice is mission critical and I practice purposely the unwinding of these “barrel” frequencies OFF my blood stream before I start really sweating bc the increase of interstital fluids is another biomarker for MULTIPLE system vectors and I have been reading/studying hours and hours in order to be firmly sure what the criteria THEY are watching with bioinformatics is ACCURATE to my own cellular state.
